“I think here is one of the representations of what love of country is. I believe that the issue of our national community’s engagement and the bond of belonging that binds us is one of the most important things we must use to revitalize this nation. Moments like these are needed,” Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni said on the Rainews24 microphone as she spoke at the 94th National Alpini Meeting in Udine.
An appointment that coincides with Mother’s Day, and Meloni commented: “On Mother’s Day … after the mother, the Alpini come as a family: that could not be missed.”
