Section 21 of the Barcelona Court has set the dates for the rape trial in which former Blaugrana player Dani Alves is in the dock: the hearings will take place on February 5, 6 and 7. The 40-year-old Brazilian is accused of raping a 23-year-old girl in the Sutton nightclub in Barcelona on the night of December 30th to 31st, 2022, and has been in Brians 1 and then Brians 2 since January 1st in custody The charge calls for a prison sentence of nine years, twelve years that the victim’s lawyers are demanding, as well as compensation of 150,000 euros and a further ten years of probation.
